1. Introduction

Welcome to E-MAN Consumer Goods Trading. By registering as a member, distributor, or customer on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

2. Membership and Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You must register under an active Sponsor/Referrer. Changing sponsors after registration is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Username and Password).
• Each individual is allowed to maintain only the number of accounts explicitly permitted by company policy. Cross-lining or creating dummy accounts will result in immediate termination.

3. Activation and Purchases

• Member accounts initially start in a "PENDING" status. Full platform access and earning potential are unlocked upon the purchase and validation of an Activation Package/Code.
• All product purchases and activation code transactions are final and non-refundable unless legally mandated by local consumer protection laws.
• Points Value (PV) associated with products are credited to your account based strictly on the compensation plan timeline.

4. Commissions and Withdrawals

• Commissions are calculated based on the active compensation plan (Direct Referrals, Indirect Referrals, and PV requirements).
• For accounts designated as "Manager" or higher, maintaining the Monthly PV quota is strictly required to qualify for network overrides and commissions.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to minimum balance requirements, administrative processing times, and applicable withdrawal fees.
• The company reserves the right to withhold commissions if fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or policy violations are detected.

5. Code of Conduct

As a representative of E-MAN Consumer Goods Trading, you agree to:

• Conduct your business ethically and transparently.
• Not make false or exaggerated income claims regarding the compensation plan.
• Not misrepresent the health or medical benefits of our products. All health claims must strictly match official company literature.
• Not use spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing tactics to recruit members.

6. Account Termination

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of termination, all pending commissions and wallet balances may be forfeited.
